Trip to the Lake Shore

These amazing bow shorts were a purchase from the Weekend Market in Phuket (I don’t know why it is called a Weekend Market since it is only open on Mondays and Thursdays) and handmade by one of the locals running the shop. I am such a sucker for bows and the fact that the buttons have anchors on them tempted me to buy them even more. I took these sweet shorts out for a stroll around the lake shore after coming back home because… um, well, the last thing I really need is to soak up more sun, but I couldn’t say no to an afternoon of frolicking in these shorts!

Today’s important lesson: Flats and Sperry’s are not appropriate shoes for adventuring in.
DON’T: Attempt to climb rocks in these unless you want to break a few of your front teeth (ours are still intact, thankfully).

DO: Take photos of your shoes together because this could potentially turn out cute. ; )
