Hi guys! I’m still away from my computer (not for much longer!) but scheduled this post ahead of time because I could NOT resist getting in on this edition of Everybody, Everywear. It’s no secret that my wardrobe is a mish-mash of handmade, mass produced, hand-me-downs, and thrifted goodies. One of my all-time favourite thrift finds is this chunky knit sweater. I’m almost positive it’s a mens sweater from the 80s based on the labels and the fact that it’s tagged a size small and the shoulders drape far over mine!

I knew I couldn’t say no to this sweater when I first saw it. I kept trying to talk myself out of buying because of the fact it’s yellow. Yes, this is the only yellow article of clothing in my entire wardrobe. You will not usually find me wearing this colour, whether I am lazing around at home watching a film, playing on http://www.foxybingo.com or going out to meet a friend for lunch. However, sadly, I’m such a sucker for anything nautical themed and the patch plus anchor-detailed buttons on this cardigan were calling out to me. A price tag of $3.99 also made it hard to resist. How could I say no? Really? (Gosh, sometimes I think I just have no willpower…)

What better to wear anchors with than a pair of bow shorts! Two of my favourite things in one outfit? You betcha! Wait… the deal gets sweeter? Could it be? THREE of my favourite things in one outfit?

Yeup. I added the math equations. Thank you, Derek Cardigan, for making me feel cute and nerdy at the same time! :)
