Weekend Wishlist: Tough but Girly

This weekend’s wishlist was inspired by all the chillier weather and cute boots I’ve been seeing around the city. Fall is my favourite season for dressing up since that means I get to bring out all the beloved pairs of shorts and pair them with the tights that have been in storage since winter! I’ve been looking around for the perfect pair of combat boots since last fall and I think I’ve finally found them. Sadly, I’m stuck with window shopping until I can really justify buying these bad boys!

one. Origami Necklace – Homako – $36
I have been a huuuuge fan of Homako’s for quite some time now and her intricately folded fabric necklaces have always been an eye catcher for me. This one in particular is my current favourite because of the muted colour that I think works well with the rest of this palette.

two. Scallop Shorts – Shop Kempt – $57
It’s that time of the year again when we get to break out all of our favourite pairs of shorts to wear on top of leggings/tights! I absolutely adore these scalloped edges; They’re so sweet and girly, but sassy when mixed with those tough button details!

three. Pyramid Stud Earrings – Tiny Armour – $39
Simplicity meets tough girl. Perfect little pyramids in sterling silver! Can’t go wrong with handmade, either. ;)

four. Bow-Tied Pink Bracelets – Forever 21 – $5
I’m jumping on the the stacked beaded bracelet look bandwagon. It’s like wearing 3 bracelets without having to worry about them getting tangled since the perfect bow is holding them together.

five. Convertible Combat Boots – Go Jane – $34
I don’t even know where to start with these. It’s like a 2-in-1 pair of amazingness! Love that you can wear them as traditional combat boots or fold the tops down to show off the plaid lining.
