With the goal of 2017 being quite light in clothing purchases in an attempt to stabilize my closet (and number of belongings, in general), I’ve been getting creative with the pieces that I already own in my wardrobe. A lot of the pieces in today’s outfit are reworks carried over from last Fall. The only new additions are the floral print shoes, which are part of J.Jill’s February collection.
raincoat: c/o Helly Hansen (exact, also worn here and here)
wrap-front top: c/o J.Jill (old, also worn here and here)
Farrah high rise skinnies: AG Jeans (exact)
carnation print sneakers: SUPERGA c/o J.Jill (exact)
In the outfit details above, I’ve added links to old posts wearing the same pieces. As much as I love to read traditional fashion blogs that are geared more towards style aspiration, living in a city with small closets is not exactly conducive to owning a lot of clothes. Here’s to continuing to inspire one another to make the most of our closet and transitioning pieces from one season to the next.
